HARLEY DAVIDSON Touring Road King Police OEM 2008+UP Motorcycle Solo Seat

Came off a working 2019 Road King Police. Should fit Harley Davidson Touring bikes from 2008+UP. This is the heated seat and should plug in directly to your bike electrical. I don't know exactly how does it work and appreciate if somebody explain it to me.
CONDITION
- Pre-owned
- I did not tested the heated element off the bike
- Seat Shell is in very good condition with some very small scratches-please see my photos
- All brackets are in good working condition
- Cut under the seat is marked with red tape-please see my pictures
